Stanley Park Stanley Park is a 1000 acre peninsula surrounded by a bike path and crisscrossed with forest trails. We ride the famous Seawall bike path and stop to check out the scenic views surrounding the park. We discover majestic totem poles and learn about our Coastal First Nation's heritage and history. Heading into the forest, we may get the chance to see some local wildlife, and discover some of the unique plants that grow in this environment - including giant 600 year old cedar trees! 1 hour 30 minutes • Admission Ticket Free

After riding through English Bay past some of the hottest beaches in the city, we hop over False Creek to Granville Island, known city-wide for its arts and culture scene as well as its great food and shopping. Guests enjoy a break from riding to find lunch at the Public Market, with dozens of vendors to choose from.
Next, we follow the seawall along the south side of False Creek, taking in beautiful views of Vancouver’s modern architecture framed by the North Shore Mountains. Ride along the Seawall checking out the modern neighbourhoods and marinas along the way.
We pass the Olympic Village complex and Science World, learning about Expo ’86 and the 2010 Winter Olympics. Learn about the worlds "greenest" neighbourhood and Vancouver's future development of leading edge green design.
Finally, we go back in time to check out Vancouver’s vibrant Chinatown including a stop next to the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Chinese Garden and the Sam Kee Building. Nearby is historic Gastown, Vancouver’s first downtown core, where we’ll learn about Gassy Jack’s first pub as well as the city’s humble beginnings as a logging outpost.
We once again join the seawall and make our way towards home through beautiful Coal Harbour, riding along the waterfront and checking out the marinas and the seaplane port.
